22 Enforcement of order
with the Court of King's Bench and on being filed is enforceable in
the same manner as an order of the Court of King's Bench.

RESIDENTIAL TENANCY DISPUTE
(2) An order made by a tenancy dispute officer does not take effect
until it is filed under subsection (1) and served.
