32 Fees
provided under this Regulation.
(2) Where the Administrator is of the opinion that the payment of
the fee to make an application under section 6 may cause undue
hardship to an applicant, the Administrator may waive or reduce
the fee.
(3) The Dispute Resolution Service shall not file or issue a
document in respect of any proceedings until the required fee
payable in respect of the filing or issuance has been paid.
