29 Definitions
(a) "chair" means the chair of the Committee and includes a
vice-chair;
(b) "conduct" includes any act or omission;
(c) "investigated person" means a person, corporation or other
entity with respect to whose conduct a hearing by a review
panel is being held or may be held under this Part;
(d) "review panel" means the Committee or the Board, as the
case may be.
