63 General Cancellation of falsely obtained registration
a person whose registration is entered in the register obtained
registration by means of any false or fraudulent representation or
declaration, either oral or written, the Council shall order that the
person's registration be cancelled.
(2) The provisions of this Part respecting the procedures at a
hearing before a review panel apply with all necessary
modifications to a hearing held by the Council under subsection
(1).
