68 Certificate of registration
stating that a named corporation was or was not, on a specified day
or during a specified period, an architects corporation, joint firm or
interior design corporation shall be admitted in evidence as proof,
in the absence of evidence to the contrary, of the facts stated in it
without proof of the Registrar's appointment or signature.
(2) A certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar and
stating that a named person was or was not, on a specified day or
during a specified period,
(a) a registered architect, vis iting project architect, restricted
practitioner, licensed interior designer or visiting project
interior designer, or
(b) an officer of the Association or a member of the Council
RSA 2000
shall be admitted in evidence as proof, in the absence of evidence
to the contrary, of the facts stated in it without proof of the
Registrar's appointment or signature.
