113 Notice of change of directors
contact information of a director, the corporation shall send to the
Registrar a notice of the change in the form required by the
Registrar.
(1.1) Repealed 2021 c18 s21.
(2) Any interested person, or the Registrar, may apply to the Court
for an order to require a corporation or a director, as the case may
be, to comply with this section, and the Court may so order and
make any further order it thinks fit.
