206.1 Definition
RSA 2000
(a) a shareholder, a director, an officer, an employee and a
creditor of a dissolved corporation,
(b) a person who has a contract ual relationship with a dissolved
corporation,
(c) a trustee in bankruptcy for a dissolved corporation, or
(d) a person designated as an i nterested person by an order of
the Court.
