216 Application for court supervision
liquidation and dissolution under section 212(8) shall state the
reasons, verified by an affidavit of the applicant, why the Court
should supervise the liquidation and dissolution.
(2) If the Court makes an order applied for under section 212(8),
the liquidation and dissolution of the corporation shall continue
under the supervision of the Court in accordance with this Act.
