235 Compelling evidence
evidence and producing books, papers, documents or records to an
inspector under this Part on the grounds that the oral evidence or
documents required of the person may tend to incriminate the
person or subject the person to any proceeding or penalty, but no
oral evidence so required shall be used or is receivable against the
person in any proceedings thereafter instituted against the person
under any Act of Alberta.
