252 General offence
provision of this Act or the regulations for which no penalty is
provided is guilty of an offence and liable to
(a) in the case of a body corporate, a fine of not more than
$1000, and
(b) in the case of an individua l, a fine of not more than $1000 or
to imprisonment for a term of not more than one month or to
both.
