263 Appointment of Registrar, service
appointed a Registrar of Corporations and one or more Deputy

Registrars of Corporations and any other employees as may be
necessary to administer this Act.
(2) The Minister may prescribe a seal for use by the Registrar in
the performance of the Registrar's duties.
(3) A notice or document may be sent or served on the Registrar
by leaving it at an office of the Registrar or by mailing it by
registered mail addressed to the Registrar at an office of the
Registrar and if sent by registered mail is deemed to be received or
served at the time it would have been delivered in the ordinary
course of mail unless there are reasonable grounds for believing
that the Registrar did not receive the notice or document at that
time or at all.
