284 Certificate of registration
other documents required by section 280 and of the prescribed fees,
the Registrar shall
(a) file the statement and documents,
(b) register the extra-provincial corporation, and
(c) issue a certificate of regis tration in accordance with section
267.
(2) A certificate of registration issued under this section to an
extra-provincial corporation is conclusive proof for the purposes of
this Act and for all other purposes that the provisions of this Act in
respect of registration of the extra-provincial corporation and all
requirements precedent and incidental to registration have been
complied with, and that the extra-provincial corporation has been
registered under this Part as of the date shown in the certificate of
registration.
