4 Failure to comply
person's failure to comply with this Act
(a) has a cause of action agains t that other person with respect
to that failure, and
RSA 2000
(b) is entitled, if the Court or the Court of Justice finds that the
person has suffered loss or damage, to a judgment for the
damages suffered or $200, whichever is greater.
