90 Selection of property
(a) an enforcement debtor owns more than one item of a type of
property for which there is an exemption under section 88,
and
(b) the total value of the items exceeds the maximum prescribed
value of the exemption for that type of property,
the enforcement debtor may select the items, up to the maximum
prescribed value of the exemption, that will be exempt.

(2) If the enforcement debtor does not in a timely manner make a
selection under subsection (1), the bailiff may select the items that
are exempt.
