10 Use of word "limited", etc.
Alberta under any name or title of which "limited" or "Ltd.,"
"limited liability," or "limited, non-personal liability" is or are the
last word or words, unless duly incorporated with limited liability
and entitled to use that word or those words, and every person so
trading or carrying on business is guilty of an offence and liable to
a fine not exceeding $25 for every day on which that name or title
has been used.
