12 Change of name
(a) the refusal of the Registrar to incorporate a company
pursuant to section 11(1) or (3),
(b) the refusal of the Registra r to make an order under section
11(5) to change the name of a company,
(c) a notice given by the Registrar under section 11(5) of the
Registrar's intention to make an order to change the name of
a company, or
(d) the refusal by the Registra r to give the Registrar's approval
under section 32(1) to a change of the name of a company,
(e) repealed 2020 c25 s2(7),
may appeal the Registrar's refusal, notice or approval to the Court
by way of originating notice and on at least 7 days' notice to the
Registrar and to any other persons that the Court directs.
(2) The Court may dismiss the appeal or direct the Registrar to
withdraw the Registrar's refusal or notice or revoke the Registrar's
approval, as the case may be.
(3) Repealed 2020 c25 s2(7).
