16 Company limited by shares
memorandum shall state
(a) the name of the company, w ith "Limited" or "Ltd." as the
last word thereof,
(b) the objects of the company,
(c) that the liability of the members is limited, and
(d) particulars of the share capital with which the company
proposes to be incorporated, which may be
(i) divided into shares of a fixed amount,
(ii) divided into shares withou t nominal or par value, or
(iii) divided into shares comprised partly of one of the
foregoing classes and partly of the other.
(2) to (4) Repealed by Revision.
