220 Effect of winding-up order

When a winding-up order has been made,
(a) every disposition of the property, including choses in act ion,
of the company and every transfer of shares or alteration in
the status of its members is void, unless the Court otherwise
orders,
RSA 2000

(b) no action or p roceeding shall be proceeded with or
commenced against the company except with the permission
of the Court and subject to any terms the Court may impose,
and
(c) any attachment, sequestration, distress, or execution put in
force against the estate or effects of the company after the
commencement of the winding-up is void.
