226 Dissolution of company
wound up, the Court shall make an order that the company be

dissolved from the date of the order, and the company is dissolved
accordingly.
(2) A copy of the order shall be filed by the liquidator with the
Registrar within 15 days from the date of the order.
(3) Every liquidator who defaults in complying with the
requirements of this section is guilty of an offence.
