245 Special manager
Court may, if satisfied that the nature of the estate or business of
the company, or the interests of the creditors or contributories
generally, require the appointment of a special manager of the
estate or business of the company other than himself or herself,
apply to the Court to, and the Court may on the application, appoint
a special manager thereof to act during the time the Court directs,
with the powers, including any of the powers of a receiver or
manager, entrusted to him by the Court.
(2) The Court may order the special manager to give a security and
account to the Court and may direct the remuneration to be
received by the special manager.
