29.2 Alternative agent for service
who shall be a resident Albertan.
(2) Forthwith after the appointment of an alternative agent for
service, the company shall give to the Registrar a notice of the
appointment in the form required by the Registrar.
(3) The company shall forthwith give to the Registrar a notice of
any change in the name, address or other contact information of the
alternative agent for service in the form required by the Registrar.
(4) An alternative agent for service for a company who intends to
resign shall give not less than 60 days' notice to the company at its
registered office, and the company shall give to the Registrar a
copy of the notice.
(5) If the alternative agent for service of a company dies or the
alternative agent's appointment is revoked, the company shall give
to the Registrar a notice to that effect.
