297 Questioning of Registrar
attend out of his or her office as a witness for questioning, or to
produce out of office any document kept, filed, or registered by the
Registrar under this or any other Act, pursuant to any subpoena,
order or summons issued from any court in Alberta, whether the
subpoena, order or summons is directed to the Registrar personally
or in his or her official capacity, but the Registrar may be

questioned and documents produced under a commission or
otherwise at his or her office.
