311 Relief for breach of trust
negligence or breach of trust it appears to the Court that the
director is or may be liable in respect of the negligence or breach of
trust, but has acted honestly and reasonably, and ought fairly to be
excused for the negligence or breach of trust, the Court may relieve
the director, either wholly or partly, from the director's liability on
any terms the Court thinks proper.
