313 Penalties
company who knowingly and wilfully authorizes or permits any
act, default, or refusal in respect of which the company is by this
Act declared to be guilty of an offence, is also guilty of an offence.
(2) Every company or person guilty of an offence for which no
penalty is specified is liable to a fine not exceeding $500.
