51 Non-compliance
shares issued by it, the company or its directors do not comply with
this Act or the regulations, any interested person may apply to the
Court by way of originating notice and on the application the Court
may make an order
(a) approving the contents of the offering circular with or
without variation and requiring distribution of the corrected
document to each shareholder entitled to receive it,
(b) restraining the distribution of the offering circular,
(c) requiring any person to comply with this Act or the
regulations, or
(d) rescinding the offer.
