72 Trusts not to be entered on register
implied, or constructive, shall be entered on the register, nor is it
receivable by the Registrar.
(2) The company is not bound to see to the execution of any trust,
express, implied or constructive, and the receipt of any person
whose name is entered in the register is a valid discharge to the
company for any dividend or sum payable in respect of any share
or other interest held by that person.
