34 Application of initial bylaws to pre-existing corporations
force of this section, a corporation was regulated by the bylaws set
out in Appendix 1 or 2 of the Condominium Property Act as it read
immediately before the coming into force of this section, that
corporation is deemed on the coming into force of this section to be
regulated by the bylaws set out in the regulations.
