60 Termination of Condominium Termination of condominium
terminated
(a) by an application to the Court by
(i) a corporation,
RSA 2000
(ii) an owner,
(iii) a registered mortgagee of a unit, or
(iv) a vendor under an agreement of sale of a unit,
or
(b) by a resolution passed by all the owners unanimously.
