68.4 Application to Tribunal
Tribunal in accordance with the regulations.
(2) No action in Court shall commence with respect to a dispute
once a hearing before the Tribunal has concluded, and the
proceedings of the Tribunal shall continue.
(3) If a party to a dispute commences an action in Court in respect
of the dispute, no application can be filed with the Tribunal in
respect of the same dispute, and the action in Court shall proceed.
