78.41 Director's claim for restitution
provides for restitution of property or money to a person who has
suffered loss arising from a contravention of this Act or the
regulations, the Director may, on behalf of the person or persons,
do anything necessary to enforce the order against the personal or
real property of the developer who is liable to pay the restitution.
