6 Division 1 Facility-based Care Payment for health and other goods and services
regulations in respect of
(a) the provision of the prescribed health goods and services to
an eligible resident as part of the eligible resident's
facility-based care, and
(b) the provision of the prescribed other goods and services to a
resident of a continuing care home as part of the resident's
facility-based care.
