13 Binding effect of articles and bylaws
members to the same extent as if the articles and bylaws
(a) had been signed by the co operative and every member, and
(b) contained undertakings by a ll members and their successors,
assigns and legal representatives to observe all the
provisions of the articles and bylaws.
