130 Alternative investment share acquisition
shares issued by it
(a) to satisfy the claim of investment shareholders who dissen t
under section 277,
(b) to comply with an order under section 357,
(c) to settle or compromise a d ebt or claim asserted by the
cooperative,
(d) to eliminate fractiona l investment shares, or
(e) to fulfil the terms of a non -assignable option or obligation to
purchase investment shares owned by a director, officer or
employee.
