23 Restriction on powers
order to confer any particular power on a cooperative or its
directors.
(2) No cooperative and no subsidiary of a cooperative may carry
on any business contrary to a restriction set out in the articles of the
cooperative.
(3) No act of a cooperative, including a transfer of property, is
invalid by reason only that the act is contrary to its articles or this
Act.
