266 Delivery of articles
after an amendment has been adopted, articles of amendment must
be sent to the Registrar in the form that the Registrar sets, together
with any information that the Registrar may require.
(2) If an amendment effects or requires a reduction of stated
capital, section 133(2) and (5) apply.
