293 Additional powers of Court-appointed inspector
exchange information and otherwise co-operate with, any public
official in Canada or elsewhere who
(a) is authorized to exercise investigatory or regulatory powe rs,
and
(b) is investigating, in respect of the cooperative or its affiliate,
any allegation relevant to or connected with the matters
being investigated by the inspector.
