3 Who may incorporate a cooperative
cooperative may apply to the Registrar to become incorporated as a
cooperative.
(2) One or more cooperatives, with or without other persons who
intend to be members of the cooperative, may apply to the
Registrar to become incorporated as a cooperative.
(3) Repealed 2022 c16 s3(3).
