311 Revocation of intention to dissolve

(1) After a certificate of intent to dissolve has been issued by
the Registrar and before a certificate of dissolution is issued, the
cooperative may send to the Registrar a statement of revocation of
intent to dissolve in the form set by the Registrar.
(2) The statement of revocation must be approved in the same
manner as the resolution to liquidate and dissolve.

(3) On receipt of the statement of revocation, the Registrar must
issue a certificate of revocation of intent to dissolve.
(4) On the date shown in the certificate of revocation of intent to
dissolve, the revocation is effective and the cooperative may
continue to carry on its business.
