320 Who may be appointed liquidator
or at any time after making one, the Court may appoint any person,
including a director, officer, member or investment shareholder, or
any body corporate, as liquidator of the cooperative.
(2) If an order for the liquidation of a cooperative has been made
and the office of liquidator is or becomes vacant, the property of
the cooperative is under the control of the Court until the office of
liquidator is filled.
