331 Appointment of Registrar and delegation
(2) The Registrar may delegate to one or more persons any
powers, duties and functions, with or without conditions, and may
authorize that person or board to further delegate the power, duty
or function.
(3) The Registrar continues to have authority to exercise any
power given to the Registrar under this Act or the regulations even
if the power is delegated.
