382 Certificate of status
issue a certificate stating that, according to the Registrar's records,
the extra-provincial cooperative named in the certificate
(a) is or is not an existing extra-provincial cooperative on t he
date of the certificate, or
(b) was or was not an existing extra-provincial cooperative on
the day or during the period specified in the certificate.
(2) A certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar and
stating that a named extra-provincial cooperative was or was not
existing on a specified day or during a specified period is
admissible in evidence in the absence of evidence to the contrary of
the facts stated in it without proof of the Registrar's appointment or
signature.
