399 Compensation and arrears
compensation for the following:
(a) occupation of a member unit by a member after the
membership of that member has been terminated in
accordance with this Division;
(b) unpaid housing charges and unpaid utilities;
(c) damages to the member unit;
(d) costs associated with obt aining vacant possession of the
housing unit, including legal costs.
(2) If a non-profit continuing housing cooperative has accepted
compensation under subsection (1), the acceptance does not operate
as a waiver of any right of the cooperative to terminate the
membership of a member or to take possession of the member unit.
