65 Division 4 Resignation and Termination of Directors Ceasing to hold office
( a ) d i e s ,
(b) resigns,
(c) is removed from office, or
(d) becomes disqualified from continuing as a director under
section 52.
(2) The resignation of a director becomes effective on the later of
(a) the day a letter of resig nation is received by the cooperative,
and
(b) the date specified in the letter of resignation.
