44.2 Payment hearings, etc.
of the Court, the Court may, subject to the regulations,
(a) conduct a payment hearing for the purposes of determining
that person's ability to pay the money owing under the
judgment or order, and

(b) if the Court considers it appropriate to do so, establish a
schedule or other method under which the amount owing is
to be paid.
