113 Effect of establishment
(a) the boards of the public sch ool districts, separate school
districts and school divisions referred to in section 112
included in the area of the school division are dissolved,
(b) all assets and liabilities of the boards of the public sch ool
districts, separate school districts and school divisions are
transferred to the board of the school division, and
(c) all employees of the boards of the public school districts,
separate school districts and school divisions become
employees of the board of the school division.
