219 Termination of designation
notice of termination of a designation made pursuant to section
202, 203 or 204, may terminate the teacher's contract of
employment by giving 30 days' written notice to the board of the
teacher's intention to terminate that contract.
(2) No appeal may be made from a termination of a contract to the
Board of Reference if the contract of employment is terminated
pursuant to subsection (1).
