233 Appeal referred to Board of Reference
appeal to the Board of Reference.
(2) The Board of Reference shall, on having an appeal referred to
it,
(a) set the date, time and pl ace for the hearing of the appeal, and
(b) notify the parties to the appeal of the date, time and pla ce of
the hearing of the appeal.
