83 Direction to official trustee to hold by-election
(a) an official trustee has been appointed under this Act to
conduct the affairs and business of a board, and
(b) the Minister considers that the official trustee has completed
the official trustee's duties,
the Minister may direct the official trustee to hold a by-election to
fill the vacancies on the board.
