89 Effect of interest on contract
has an interest referred to in section 87(1)(d), (e) or (f) is binding
on the board unless
(a) the contract is for the provision of goods or services in the
case of an emergency,
(b) the contract is for the sale of goods or services to the b oard
or to persons contracting with the board at competitive
prices by a dealer in those goods or services incidental to
and in the ordinary course of the dealer's business,
(c) the contract has been approved by the board pursuant to
disclosure, or
(d) the contract is a contract of employment with the trustee's
spouse or adult interdependent partner.
