Part 4 — Registration
31 Approval by the Board of Examiners
professional member of a person who proves to the satisfaction of
the Board that
(a) the person is of good character and reputation,
(b) the person is a Canadian citizen or lawfully admitted to
Canada for permanent residence, and
(c) the person meets the requ irements of the regulations.
(2) If an applicant for registration as a licensee is not a Canadian
citizen or lawfully admitted to Canada for permanent residence but
otherwise complies, to the satisfaction of the Board of Examiners,
with subsection (1), the Board shall approve the registration.
